The committees within the Prince Rupert and District Chamber of Commerce are responsible for managing different facets of Chamber operations. These committees convene regularly or as needed, depending on their specific focus.

Committee involvement provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to the chamber with a lesser time commitment than serving as a board member.

Communications Committee

Researching, discussing and implementing communications and marketing strategies for the Chamber.

Events Committee

Responsible for planning and executing events for the Chamber

Governance Committee

Responsible for understanding and creating policy for the benefit of the Prince Rupert and District;
updates and reviews the Chamber’s constitution and bylaws.
